So far, all I can say is WOW! This trip trip so far has been a blast meeting new people, sharing experiences, and most importantly, sharing the gospel with people in downtown Chicago. I am so glad to be a part of this great experience!

At first i thought this trip would be like any other mission's trip. I thought I would be giving all that i have to help others, which i am, but I can feel a change inside me. As we go out every day and share our faith more and more with strangers, I feel more comfortable. I love it. I can already tell that when I come home I'll be looking for opportunities to share my faith with my friends and even strangers that i don't know. I wish our whole youth group could have gone because it's definitely a must.

Oh my goodness, i never thought a bit of our youth group could have such strong moments together. This week has been incredible with these people and i cannot wait to get home and tell everyone about it. Bless God for the work he is doing here with our youth group. Can't wait to see Winchester again! :)

FBC Team arrives at SEMP safely
Monday, June 28 - The team arrived at SEMP today and registered and were assigned rooms. Everyone is doing well.
Tuesday - The team had the first training on reaching their peers and actually went out into the streets of Chicago and shared their faith in the afternoon. They had lots of different reactions from the people they talked to and we had a good opportunity to discuss their experiences that evening. Everyone continues to do well and the unity of the team is strong. More updates soon.
